IADC Statement on Hurricane Harvey

Hurricane Harvey has devastated the Houston area that IADC Headquarters calls home.  This storm and the flooding aftermath are without precedence in the United States.  We have heard from many of IADC’s Houston-based Members, who are safe despite varying degrees of personal loss and hardship.  People have also shared heroic stories of volunteer efforts, as the Houston community unifies to work to rebuild our great city.  At IADC, we are inspired by these efforts, and will work alongside our Members to do what we can to assist with the recovery efforts.

For those of you with offices in Houston, please share if your offices, rigs or other drilling equipment sustained damaged.  We stand ready to help you in any way we are able.
