On 4 December, IADC was delighted to present Congressman Steven Palazzo (R-MS) with a framed photo of Transocean’s Discoverer 534 deepwater drillship, the same drillship that the Congressman worked on one summer several years ago. IADC is grateful to have a friend on Capitol Hill who has actually done the work and understands what our industry brings to the table.
