FeedbackThis area is for anyone to provide general feedback to IADC’s Accreditation Department, its Programs, and Accredited Companies. Feedback can be in any form (e.g. complaints, compliments, reporting fraud, etc.) and can be given for any associated area (e.g. training programs, training providers, instructors, program management, etc.). This feedback will be received by the IADC Quality department (QA/QC) who will send it, if necessary, to an appropriate IADC contact for resolution.

Please be aware, however, that complaints, or significant issues like fraud, may require detailed information and/or evidence in order for any actions to be taken. This may require IADC to contact you. If no contact information and/or if insufficient information/evidence is provided, IADC might not be able to act on your feedback.
