Houston, 3 January, 2012 – Daniel W. Rabun, Chairman, President and CEO, Ensco, plc, has been elected 2012 Chairman of the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC). In addition, David W. Williams, Chairman of the Board, President and CEO, Noble Corporation, was elected Vice Chairman.
