Intelligent decisions about rig maintenance are most efficiently made when effective systems of condition-based rig monitoring and predictive maintenance are put in place. However, compared to other businesses, the drilling industry lags in this regards.
Please join the IADC Future Technology Subcommittee for an afternoon devoted to presentations and discussion of the current state of condition-based maintenance in our industry and others. The Advanced Rig Technology Rig Condition Monitoring Workshop will feature presentations from drilling contractors, operators, and service firms, as well as a special presentation from Otis Elevators.
