Behaviour Based Safety Workshop

IADC and its global membership consistently support the ongoing effort for World-class safety performance in the Oil & Gas Industry. The variety of disciplines considered (both technical & behavioural) in the quest for the ideal safety culture has been extensive and nobody has been more involved in the process than the global drilling community.

At the Abu Dhabi conference in April, IADC has asked associate member STC Global Ltd to deliver a thought
provoking interactive workshop designed to reinforce the importance of getting the right attitudes to safety in place.   

The main workshop topic focuses on creating an awareness and understanding of the consequences that an organisation
faces as a result of poor safety performance – consequences that last a long time and affect people, budgets, operations
and reputation.

Typical of STC’s approach to learning the workshop will be very practical – with teams working together to demonstrate
key messages in a fun and memorable way.  All we ask is that you arrive at the workshop with an open mind and a
willingness to participate in what we are sure will be a great event.
