The International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) is pleased to issue a call for abstracts for presentations at its upcoming IADC Drilling HSE Asia Pacific 2012 Conference & Exhibition. The conference will be held 25-26 April 2012 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Center, Singapore. 

Health, safety, and environment issues are fundamental to drilling operations worldwide. IADC HSE conferences are industry driven and focused on maximizing best HSE practices and challenges to help ensure and sustain incident free operations for industry stakeholders.

The mission of IADC Drilling HSE Asia Pacific 2012 is to:

Identify and advance best practices in drilling, servicing and completion HSE;
Share knowledge on solutions to HSE challenges in drilling, servicing and completions;
Develop strategies to improve HSE performance in drilling, servicing and completion operations.

IADC encourages prospective authors to submit abstracts on topics related to HSE and Training. General subject themes envisioned for the event include the following, although abstracts exploring other areas will also

Authors are invited to submit proposals for presentations at the conference. For consideration, an abstract for each proposed paper must be submitted to IADC no later than 15 November 2011. Authors of papers selected will receive confirmation letters and guidelines by 5 December 2011. Please note that formal papers are encouraged, but are NOT required for this conference.

The cost of each 9m2 (3 x 3 m) space is US$ 2,750.
The booth will be set with a skirted table, two chairs, access to electricity and a fascia with company name. With the space, you receive one complimentary conference registration and up to two additional registrations at half price or US$ 425.
All registrations are including admission to the conference & exhibition, coffee breaks, luncheons, reception, and access to the conference proceedings.

Exhibitions at IADC events will be limited to showcasing products and services that advance technology, competency or HSE. Exhibitions centered on recruitment or employment should not take space at IADC events. IADC Exhibitions will solely be visited by conference attendees. Non-conference attendees are not allowed to enter the exhibition area. All personnel working the exhibition should be registered.
