Comments A1 Safety Training offers Offshore Crane Operator assessments using a crane simulator.  The simulator can be adapted so that different crane types, installations and supply vessels can be accommodated.  It allows for introduction of emergency situations. Operators will be presented with scenarios, such as loss of power and/or other equipment failure with a load on the hook.  Operators will gain valuable experience from scenarios that could not otherwise be carried out in an offshore environment.
