Revision of the IMO MODU Code
 

 At its 79th session (December 2004), the IMO’s Maritime Safety Committee agreed to include in the work programme of the Sub-Committee on Ship Design and Equipment (DE) and the provisional agenda for the Sub-Committee’s 49th session (DE 49) in early 2006, an item on “Amendments to the MODU Code”, with a target completion date of 2008.
